Joy Ehibor is Currently the Chief Customer Engagement Officer, FlexiP Group. She is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy, brand awareness and recognition across the globe.
She is focused on driving the company vision of helping customers drive extreme business agility with confidence, improving its business by creating strategies, building marketing programs, and thought leadership to promote our innovative products and purpose-driven initiatives, as well as overseeing the company’s customer experience, which includes customer success, satisfaction, acquisition, retention, and Support.
With over 9 years of experience across marketing, corporate communications, branding, messaging, and positioning, lead generation, public relations, social media, customer service, strategic planning, revenue management, organizational design and innovation, human resource, administration, and events management, including product positioning campaigns. She has worked with various organizations across Telecommunications, PR/Advertising, Training/Consulting and Outsourcing Firms in Nigeria. She has strong cultural competence in leading and managing partners as well as a team motivator.
Joy Ehibor's greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She is a Go-getter, known for her exceptional communications, ability to design powerful messages that deliver growth, establish customer loyalty, and relationship management skills with people. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Benin and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.
